Sunnyvale, Calif. -- NetDevices, a Sunnyvale-based maker of products
designed to increase the manageability of remote branch office networks,
said on Tuesday that it has raised $25 million in its second round of
funding. New investor Castile Ventures led the round; with previous
investors ComVentures, Columbia Capital, Artiman Ventures and
JumpStartUp also participating. The company has now raised a total of
$40 million. NetDevices said that the round will fuel the aggressive
expansion of its sales and marketing activities.
