Mountain View, Calif. -- Blue Vector Systems, a Mountain View-based
provider of network-based radio frequency ID and sensor appliance
infrastructure products, said that it has secured an undisclosed amount of
funding in its second round, co-led by Draper Richards and ONSET
Ventures. Blacksmith Capital also participated. Blue Vector said that it
plans to use the capital to expand sales and marketing activities. The
company's distributed computing appliances are designed to allow supply
chain operations to deploy, grow and manage their RFID
implementations using a network-based approach.
