Novato, Calif. -- Siterra, a Novato-based maker of project, document and
property management software, said on Tuesday that it has raised an
undisclosed amount in its third round of venture capital, led by Centennial
Ventures. Previous investors Catamount Ventures and Raycliff Capital, as well
as new investor The Hillman Company, also participated. The company also on
Tuesday named software industry veteran Bernard Fried as its new CEO. Fried,
most recently the CEO of Citadon, replaces company co-founder Paul Remer,
who remain on the company's board.
