Sunnyvale, Calif. -- Code Green Networks, a Sunnyvale-based developer of security tools used to help companies lessen the risk of internal information leaks, said on Monday that it has raised $15 million in its third round of funding, led by Menlo Park-based Sierra Ventures. Cupertino-based Bay Partners, which led the company's previous $15 million roun d a year ago, also participated. All told, Code Green has now raised $32 million since its inception in 2004. The company's products are designed to allow management to track, analyze and protect confidential corporate data.
