Armonk, N.Y. -- Technology giant IBM said that it has completed its $865 million cash acquisition of Micromuse, a San Francisco-based provider of network management software used by banks, telecommunications carriers, governments and retailers. Micromuse's operations will be integrated into IBM's Tivoli software business, the company said. The deal was first announced in December.
