Palo Alto, Calif. -- Looking to expand into one of the world's fastest growing mobile markets, Adamind, a Palo Alto-based maker of media adaptation software for mobile messaging, content and convergence services, said on Wednesday that it has signed a deal to acquire Hong Kong-based SenseStream for up to $2 million in cash and stock. Under the terms of the agreement, Adamind will initially pay $1 million in cash, and up to $1 million more in stock, based on certain targets. The deal is expected to close later this month. SenseStream develops software that helps clients deploy mobile services.
