Palo Alto-Based DCI Technology Holdings Acquires Dallas Infomart

Palo Alto, Calif. -- In one of the largest foreclosure sales in Texas history, DCI Technology Holdings, a Palo Alto-based firm specializing in technology and real estate investments, said on Wednesday that it has acquired the Dallas Infomart, a large data center and telecom facility. DCI said that it paid more than $100 million in October for the Infomart note held by GMAC Commercial Mortgages. DCI said that the 1.2 million square foot facility -- one of a handful of buildings in the U.S. that is powered from multiple substations serviced from two unique power grids --  has 300,000 square feet of available space for data center or telecom businesses.
