San Rafael, Calif. -- Autodesk, a San Rafael-based provider of design software and services, said on Friday that it has completed its $46 million acquisition of Constructware, a Georgia-based maker of project management software for the construction industry. The deal, first announced in early February, will allow Autodesk to integrate Constructware's products with some of its own software, including its collaborative project management tool that currently has more than 137,000 users. Founded in 1994, Constructware has been backed financially by Cordova Ventures and Live Oak Equity.
