New York -- About 41% of mobile phone users say they are interested in some form of video service for their wireless handsets, according to a new survey by market research firm JupiterResearch. Although only 2% of them currently subscribe to such a service, 17% said that they are interested in watching live TV on their cell phones, with 11% also indicating interest in short videos. Based on the results, JupiterResearch predicts that the market for video on mobile phones with increase about eight-fold to $501 million in revenue by 2010.
