Santa Clara, Calif. -- Sun Microsystems, the Santa Clara-based network computing giant, said that it has completed its acquisition of Sunnyvale-based Aduva, a developer of technology for managing corporate software updates and compliance risks. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. With the deal, Sun said that it plans to add update services to the Sun Grid Utility Services that it currently offers. The acquisition was first announced in late February.
