Menlo Park, Calif. -- Zensys, a Menlo Park-based developer of mesh networking technology for wireless home control and automation, said on Tuesday that it has received an undisclosed investment from Intel Capital, the venture arm of Santa Clara-based chip-making giant Intel. As part of the deal, the two companies will work together to accelerate development efforts, driving the integration ofZensys' technology into consumer electronics devices. The technology is currently available in more than 100 wireless home control and automation products.
