Cupertino, Calif. -- Radio station owner Emmis Communications has announced that two of its popular hip-hop stations, Power 106 (KPWR-FM) in Los Angeles and HOT 97 (WQHT-FM) in New York City, have become the first radio stations to fully integrate Cupertino-based Apple's iTunes Store into their web sites. Listeners may now search, browse and buy music they hear on the radio or online directly from ether site. "We will have full control of the storefront itself," said Rey Mena, the vice president of Emmis Interactive. "Therefore, we can feature any artist we want to feature."
