San Francisco -- iBloks, A San Francisco-based developer of software designed to help people personalize their digital media, said on Thursday that it has raised $3 million in its second round of funding from Seattle-based Maveron. The company said that it will use the investment to further develop its application. iBloks first shipped the consumer beta version of its software on Windows Vista in May, and earlier this month released its consumer beta application for Windows XP. The company also opened a download shop, where users can download free and premium content and mods, digital music, videos and games.
