San Ramon, Calif. -- Sabrix, a San Ramon-based developer of software that allows companies to determine, calculate and record transaction-related taxes, said on Wednesday that it has secured $13 million in its fourth round of funding. New investor GKM Ventures led the round, which also included participation from previous investors Mohr Davidow Ventures, Trinity Ventures, and VSP Capital. The company plans to use the funds to expand its offerings to new markets. Current customers include Best Buy, Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard and Yahoo.
