Pleasanton, Calif. -- Five9, a Pleasanton-based provider of call center technology for telemarketing, telesales and customer service. said on Tuesday that it has acquired Eco NN, a Russian developer of Internet voice and call center applications. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Five9 said that it has retained the company's 60 developers, who will continue to work out of an office about 250 miles east of Moscow. With the move, the company also has named Jim Dvorkin as its CTO. Dvorkin most recently headed up salesforce.com’s call center initiative, and previously served as the CTO for Echopass, White Pajama and NextAge Technologies.
