Fremont, Calif. -- Actelis Networks, a Fremont-based maker of telecommunications products that allow service providers to extend the reach of their carrier Ethernet network through existing copper infrastructure, said that it has raised $22 million in a new round of funding led by by Adams Street Partners. All of the company's previous investors also participated. Tuvia Barlev the CEO of Actelis, said that the financing will all the company to expand its corporate infrastructure to support continued market growth. Actelis' technology is designed to create Ethernet connections without interfering with legacy services already deployed in a network. Its products are currently deployed in more than 30 countries.
