Cupertino Calif. -- Cupertino-based Apple plans to introduce a new line of iPods early next month, perhaps at an event on Sept. 5, according to Apple Insider and Ars Technica, which cited unnamed sources within the company. Apple Insider reported that most of the models will be flash memory-based iPod video and iPod nano models that will feature an operating system based on Apple's OS X. Also rumored are a full-screen video iPod, and possibly an "iPhone nano."
