Santa Clara-Based ITM software Lands $4 Million in New Funding

Santa Clara, Calif. -- ITM Software, a Santa Clara-based provider of software and services designed for CIOs and IT organizations, said that it has secured $4 million in a new round of funding, co-led by Red Rock Ventures and InnoCal Venture Capital. Ascend Venture Group, Technology Partners, RBC Technology Ventures and Square 1 Bank also participated. The company said that it will use the proceeds to drive sales growth in the financial services, retail and high technology markets. Founded in 2001, ITM serves IT organizations within large corporations, government agencies and universities.
