Palo Alto-Based Intalio Raises New Round of Funding

Palo Alto, Calif. -- Intalio, a Palo Alto-based developer of open source business process software, said on Wednesday that it has raised an undisclosed amount in a new round of funding, led by Partech International. Previous investors 3i, Cargill Ventures, Sippl MacDonald Ventures, Woodside Fund and XML Fund also participated. The company said that it will use the funds to finance for its next phase of growth, extending its network of more than 75 reselling partners and deploying a global telesales organization with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Intalio said that it has expanded its client roster from 12 to more than 200 over the past 18 months.
