San Francisco -- Adknowledge, the San Francisco-based operator of a behavioral targeting online ad network, said that it has acquired Cubics, the Canadian developer of an online ad network for the Facebook developer community. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Cubics said that it now represents the ad inventory for over 500 Facebook application developers. The company also recently added support for Friendster, and plans to add Bebo in the coming weeks. Adknowledge said that the acquisition will allow it enter the social media space.
