Foster City, Calif. -- Truviso, a Foster City-based developer of data analytics software, said on Thursday that it has raised $3 million in funding from previous investors ONSET Ventures, Diamondhead Ventures and UPS Strategic Ventures. The company also said that it has completed installing its new management team, which will be led by CEO Thomas Rowley, the former CEO of StarVox Communications, Preventsys and Counterpane Internet Security. Other hires include Alex Lazar as executive vice president of sales, Kim MacPherson as senior vice president for product development and operations and Tom Kuhr as senior vice president of marketing. "These executive appointments fulfill the company's goal of establishing a complete, experienced management team to move us to the next level of growth," said Michael Franklin, Truviso's founder and CTO.
