Palo Alto, Calif. -- iControl Networks, a Palo Alto-based developer of broadband home management systems, said on Wednesday that it has raised $23 million in its third round of funding, increasing its total backing to more than $45 million. New Investors Tyco International’s ADT Security Services, Cisco, Comcast Interactive Capital and GE Security joined previous investors Charles River Ventures, Intel Capital and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in the round. iControl's technology allows homeowners to see and control their homes -- including security and energy systems -- through the Internet, iPhone or other mobile devices.
