San Jose, Calif. -- Endwave, a San Jose-based developer of radio-frequency technologies used in mobile communications networks, said on Thursday that Ed Keible will retire as its vice chairman and CEO on Nov. 30. The company said that John Mikulsky, who currently serves as its president and COO, will take over as president and CEO. "I believe that John is the right person to lead Endwave as it enters the next chapter of its history, and expands its product offerings beyond the telecommunications industry," said Keible, who has led the company since 1993. Mikulsky joined Endwave in 1996, and was named president in July.
