Santa Clara, Calif. -- Ensphere Solutions, a Santa Clara-based developer of communications chips, said on Monday that it has landed a $4 million investment from Ideavelopers, manager of Egypt's first technology venture capital fund. Hessam Mohajeri, the CEO of Ensphere, said that the funding will help his company to "expedite our product development and rollout plans." Ensphere, which has a design center in Egypt, develops and markets semiconductor products for various optical interfaces used in the communications, consumer electronics and computing markets.
