Redwood City, Calif. -- Good Technology, a Redwood City-based developer of tools that provide mobile access to data, applications and services on mobile devices, said on Wednesday that it has acquired Denver-based mobile device management firm CloudSync. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Good said that the acquisition will allow it to offer enhanced device management for a broad range of devices, including laptops, tablets, ruggedized handhelds and smartphone platforms, all through a cloud-based service. CloudSync enables customers to manage and control a range of mobile devices through a web-based system.
