San Francisco -- Evri, the Seattle-based developer of a semantic web search and discovery engine, said on Thursday that it has acquired San Francisco-based Radar Networks and its flagship property, Twine.com. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Twine.com is a site that allows people to collect online content, such as videos, articles and web pages, and organize it by topic. The site's semantic technology is designed to learn a user's interests, and make customized recommendations. Nova Spivack, the founder and CEO of Radar Networks, will remain with Evri in an advisory capacity. Radar's team will consolidate to Evri’s San Francisco offices.
