Ellison comes in at No. 6 with a net worth of $28 billion. Sergey Brin and Larry Page, the co-founders of Mountain View-based Google both rank No. 24 at $17.5 billion each. Mexican telecom tycoon Carlos Slim Helu tops the list with a net worth of approximately $53.5 billion, followed by Bill Gates ($53 billion) and Warren Buffett ($47 billion).
