San Francisco -- ANTs software, a San Francisco-based developer of database migration tools, said on Monday that it has struck a deal to sell up to $10 million in tock to Fletcher International. The company plans to use the bulks of the proceeds for research and development, as well as to executive its go-to-market strategy. "We have a number of very significant corporate milestones on the horizon and this investment agreement allows us to move towards meeting our goals," said Joseph Kozak, the chairman and CEO of ANTs. George Ladner of Fletcher International said that his firm hopes to "find additional ways to support their growth."
