San Francisco -- Yelp, the San Francisco-based operator of an online local business guide, has named Rob Krolik as its new CFO. Krolik most recently served as the CFO of Campbell-based online real estate firm Move Inc., which has begun a search for his replacement. Over the past two years, Krolik played a major role in the turnaround efforts at Move -- which operates Move.com and Realtor.com -- by helping to restructure its capital structure. Krolik earlier served as the vice president of global finance operations at eBay Marketplaces and the CFO of Shopping.com.
