San Francisco -- Get Satisfaction, the San Francisco-based developer of an online community platform designed to help companies build relationships with customers, said it has raised $10 million in its second round of funding, led by InterWest Partners. The company, which now has raised $21 million since its inception, said it will use the latest round to bolster product development, distribution partnerships and the localization of its platform for global use. Get Satisfaction's platform aims to help brands utilize customers as participants in core business functions, such as product development, marketing, PR and customer service. To date, more than 58,000 communities have been created on the company's network from clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Adobe and Walmart.
