San Mateo, Calif. -- SolarCity, a San Mateo-based provider of solar power design, financing, installation, monitoring and energy efficiency services, on Thursday named Toby Corey as chief revenue officer. Corey most recently was the co-founder and CEO of Intend Change, an incubator that launched more than half a dozen companies, and previously was the co-founder and president and COO of USWeb. The latest news comes seven months after SolarCity launched a $280 million fund backed by Mountain View-based Google to finance residential solar projects.
