San Francisco -- SAP, the German business software giant, said it will acquire Illinois-based Syclo, a developer of enterprise mobile apps and technologies. The company made the announcement Tuesday morning in San Francisco, where it has one of its two Bay Area offices. Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close by midyear, were not disclosed.
