The company, which plans to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "HPTX," has yet to disclose details of the offering, such as the number of shares to be sold or their expected price range. Hyperion is focused on the development and commercialization of drugs to treat disorders in the areas of orphan diseases and hepatology.
