Palo Alto, Calif. -- Curious.com, a Palo Alto-based online education startup still in beta testing, revealed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that it has raised $7 million in a new round of equity funding. Five unnamed investors took part in the round. Curious.com is developing a service in which subject-matter experts create online lessons, charge for access to all or parts of them and interact with students.
