Napa County is one of the most digitally connected small counties in the nation, according to the Center for Digital Government's 10th annual Digital Counties Survey. The survey, conducted in partnership with the National Association of Counties, honors counties in four population categories for their use of information and communications technology. Napa ranked No. 5 in the category for populations of under 150,000. All told, four counties from California made the lists, which are available at the top link below.
