San Jose, Calif. -- BlackArrow, a San Jose-based developer of advertising technology for new TV platforms, on Thursday named Michael Pohl as its new chairman. Pohl, a member of the company's board since 2011, succeeds Larry Kramer, who recently was appointed president and publisher of USA Today. Kramer will remain a member of the board. Pohl was previously the chairman of BigBand Networks, and has served as the CEO of nCube.
